When you stay with us, enjoy unlimited, 24 hour access to walk in, walk out shore diving and snorkeling along the reef in our “Front Yard,” literally steps from your room — or join us on a comfortable boat trip aboard one of our unique, custom-designed dive boats to one of Roatan’s great diving sites.

What's Included

BUNGALOWS, CABANAS AND OCEANFRONT ROOMS
Imagine going to sleep with sound of the ocean gently lapping outside your room, rocking you to sleep with its hypnotic, caressing cadence. Imagine waking up to the same sound and a beautiful sunrise glistening in the water’s reflection. Our intimate Roatan dive resort has 29 guest rooms, and all of our accommodations are either situated on the water’s edge or directly over the water. You can’t get closer to the ocean than this – at least while you’re sleeping! Please note: rooms 22 & 23 are located on the second floor, slightly behind the cabanas, and have an obstructed view.

Every room is air-conditioned for your comfort, and is equipped with in-room coffee pot, mini-fridges, lockable security box, hammock and maid service. With a location that can’t be beat, beautiful ocean views come standard.

After an amazing day of diving or other activities, return to our dive resort to relax on your own oceanfront porch, balcony, or deck. Replay your day’s experiences, soak up the sun and some vitamin D, and let the swaying of your hammock match the rhythm of the waves.

Types of Accommodation
We offer three styles of accommodation for you to choose from at CoCo View Resort, each with its own charm: bungalows, cabanas and oceanfront accommodations.

Wait List
If our Roatan cabanas, bungalows, and oceanfront rooms are sold out for the dates you need, we do have a special accommodations program set up in a partnership with the privately owned Playa Miguel Beach Houses next to us.

While waiting for a CoCo View room to open up, we can accommodate you in an oceanfront home at Playa Miguel. As soon as one of our rooms becomes available, we will immediately transfer your reservation to our dive resort.

While we can’t promise a specific room type through this arrangement, we hope it still offers an alternative you may consider if your travel dates are not flexible.

Dolphin Encounters

Have you ever dreamed of a dolphin encounter – swimming, snorkeling, or diving with dolphins? When you stay at CoCo View Resort, we can arrange for an off-site dolphin encounter at the Roatan Institute for Marine Science (RIMS), a facility built to study and preserve the island’s marine ecosystem, where you can meet and swim with these engaging animals.
Here are the options:
Roatan Dolphin Encounter: Make a new friend as you touch, kiss, and play with a dolphin. A trained naturalist will introduce you to a resident dolphin, describing its characteristics, anatomy, and behaviours.
Dolphin Snorkel: Experience a dolphin encounter like no other as you play with dolphins at the Roatan Institute for Marine Sciences. During this unstructured encounter with Atlantic Bottlenose dolphins, the naturally curious dolphins are free to interact with you as they choose.
Dolphin Dive: Scuba dive in the open ocean with the friendliest dolphins in the Caribbean. 2-3 dolphins will visit you on the sandy bottom of the ocean floor, frolicking and playing with you on their own terms before returning home to RIMS.
Trainer for a Day: Leave CoCo View and spend the entire day learning about dolphins, interacting with them, and working one-on-one with them to initiate trained behaviours.
